54626 – Hera
Hera is adorable! It would be interesting to know the results of a DNA test for her. She has the coloring of a Catahoula, a curled tail like a Pug, and ears like a Chihuahua. All of this (and more?) comes together in one small package. A couple found her on her own at Lake Herrick; I know she had to be scared. She was a little nervous in her kennel until she was leashed. Then Hera knew what to do. She walked well on a leash and pottied as soon as she was outside. I bet she’s house trained. She liked running around the interaction pen but also joined me on the picnic table for pets. She sat for treats until she learned the treats I had weren’t to her liking. A new home would be to her liking, and I hope this sweet girl finds her match soon.
