Why choose me?

Ovi is the smallest of the 4 Os, which is just fine with her–it means she can more easily snuggle up with her siblings and hide. She hasn’t had an easy life to date but it’s all looking better now; we love our shy dogs and have great volunteers and staff who help make them feel safe. We don’t know a lot about their background, but do know that the 4 Os were kept indoors previously (even to the extent of not being let out for the bathroom) and not given any attention or socialization. While we’re still getting to know them, both of the siblings that have made it to foster homes have warmed up quickly, becoming happy, cuddly pups once they were out of the shelter setting (and enjoying their cat foster siblings).

If you are interested in fostering, adopting, or rescuing Ovi, call 706-613-3540 to discuss options with staff.
