Update 1/29: When I first met Colin, he was shy but that’s no longer the case. When it’s his turn to play in an interaction pen, he makes the most of it and loves to chase toys and play with other dogs at the fence. While he’ll sit for treats and enjoy some pets, he’s a busy boy. Colin can get excited and jump up, but that’s something several volunteers are working on with him. He’s doing better but is definitely a dog who needs and enjoys lots of exercise. He’s also a dog who would probably be a great playmate for another active dog.

Colin is a handsome dog with his black with white coat and curled tail. He was shy at first but soon learned he could trust me when I reached to pet him. We got caught in a sudden shower and spent some of our time sitting together on the picnic table beneath the umbrella. He leaned against me as we waited for the rain to end. The officer that found Colin, said he was scared about going in the back of the truck and instead sat in the section just behind her putting his head on her shoulder. He’s a sweet dog who wants a buddy to love.
