52159 – Tsunami
Why choose me?
Tsunami’s Doggie-Day-Out update 9/27: Tsunami is curious, super playful, and very snuggly in a calm environment. She’s timid in high activity areas like downtown.
Update 9/16: Tsunami and Bojack are playmates! They can only play together if a staff member is present, but if things are quiet around the shelter while you are visiting, you can ask if it’s a good time for a play date!
Update 8/20: Thanks to donations to the Spay/Neuter Fund, Tsunami is spayed and up-to-date on her basic vaccinations!
Tsunami was given the name by the person who found her because she was like a “wave of love”. I’ve got to say, the name says it all. She was shy and curious at first but after giving her a few minutes to warm up to me, she wanted to give her love and affection. Everywhere I walked, she followed like a shadow ready for pictures, ear rubs, chin scratches, and being told how she’s a “sweet girl.” She knows how to sit when asked, walked well on the leash, and didn’t give me any problems going to and from the interaction pen and her cage. She gets excited and barks and wags her tail at people and other dogs surrounding us. She seems cautious at first but super friendly.
