52050 – Kyra
Why choose me?
Update 8/15: Thanks to donations to the Spay/Neuter Fund, Kyra is now spayed and up-to-date on her basic vaccinations!
Update 8/7: No longer shy, Kyra loves leaving her kennel to be with friends and run along the fence with other dogs. She’s a playful girl who doesn’t hesitate to splash in the pool to cool off and then jump out again for more fun. She’s a sweetie who welcomes pets and attention and is good as gold. I adore Kyra and hope she finds her forever home soon!
Kyra is a shy, sweet girl. When I first took her out, her tail was tucked tightly, and she’d dart away when I reached to pet her. I sat on the bench and waited for her to come to me, and it wasn’t long before she was standing next to me enjoying pets and treats. She wanted a friend. Kyra was found running at Sandy Creek Park. She has some abrasions on her legs which look like it had to hurt when it happened. I don’t know her story, but I do know that she’s sweet and wants to be with people. Give her some time to get to know you, and you’ll have a best friend!
