51084 – Mia
Why choose me?
I had just entered the shelter as sweet Mia was being surrendered by her previous owners. She was clearly very scared, and according to her previous owners her excessive energy and ability to jump fences was the reason why they had to get rid of her. In my brief encounter with her, she was docile, sweet and very eager to please me. On a couple of occasions I could tell that she was trying to size up her ability to leap the interaction pen fence, but simply calling her name would redirect her toward me and looking for a belly rub! She’s a sweet girl who would do awesome with an active person or family who could give her plenty of exercise and love! She’s already spayed, up-to-date on her vaccinations, house trained, and is great at dog parks!
