50866 – Big Cat
Why choose me?
Update 2/23: We’ve learned that Big Cat has kidney disease. It’s not hard to manage and cats with kidney disease can live many years, but it means he needs a home that can cover the cost of a specialized diet and follow up with vet care as needed. He’s a sweet guy and we’re hopeful he’ll find his perfect family!
May we introduce you to Big Cat? He’s a gentle guy, who loves to spend his time exploring and loving on people. He’s rather difficult to photograph, because he just wants to wander and rub his head on your hand. A helpful volunteer picked him up today, so we could get some face photos, and he really didn’t mind at all. Big Cat is quite calm and will do great in most any home – including one with other animals and/or children. We observed that he seems to like other cats, because when we let him free-roam the shelter, he happily greeted the cats in the other kennels, with his tail held high. Big Cat has a “purr-sonality” of gold, and just wants some human love. We hope you’ll consider adopting this sweet kitty into your home and you’re your heart today!
