50702 – Rambler
Why choose me?
Update 3/17: A family visited Rambler, and we’ve learned he’s great with children!
Update 3/5: Rambler is a super dog, but he didn’t pass his cat test at the shelter. He would do better in a cat-free home.
Update 1/18: Rambler has been at the shelter since December 26, so a month now, and yet he just sits quietly in his run waiting for someone to give him attention!
He sits patiently while you put the leash on him (as well as when you take it off) and spent most of his time laying in the sun while in the interaction pen! He didn’t pull too much on the leash even though he was very excited to play! He was friendly with other dogs along the fence, but more so interested in the new friend he made in the volunteer!
He did pick up a tennis ball at one point and would play, but was more happy to receive pets and sunbathe!
Overall, Rambler is a gold star kind of dog! Come meet him today – you will not regret it.
Rambler was thrilled to leave his kennel. He’d been watching other dogs play in the interaction pens and was glad to have a turn. He ran to the fence wanting to play with Dominic, but he was busy with his volunteer. He pranced and play bowed to get Dominic’s attention but eventually decided to take a stroll around the pen. He’d ramble about but also stopped for treats and pets from me. Rambler is a happy, friendly dog who’d love a new best friend!
