50688 – Big Boy
Why choose me?
Update 1/25: Thanks to donations to the Spay/Neuter Fund, Big Boy has been neutered and brought up-to-date on his basic vaccinations!
Update from Big Boy’s advocate 1/24: Oh Big Boy. I don’t know if I have ever met a calmer dog before. He is so relaxed both in his crate and an interaction pen. He waits patiently for you to put a leash on him and then walks well with it, too. He doesn’t even seem phased by the other, more excited dogs.
This Big Baby seems to love two main things, treats and butt scratches. I was talking with someone else about him and she described him as the “perfect college student dog” because of how well he would do in an apartment and how low key he seems to be.
Don’t let his size or his name scare you. Go see him and realize he would be a perfect fit for you, no matter where you live.
Big Boy came in with Andre and Andreas. They lived together and look like brothers and are all sweet, gentle boys. Big Boy casually explored the interaction pen but also didn’t mind stopping for pets and treats from me. He loved having his head scratched and isn’t shy about meeting new people. He seems to be an easy-going dog who takes things as they come. Big Boy really is a big sweetie who’s easy to walk on a leash and be with!
