49528 – Odin
Why choose me?
Update 7/18: Thanks to donations to the Spay/Neuter Fund, Odin is now neutered and up-to-date on his basic vaccinations!
When I first started down the kennel row that Odin was on, I heard him before I saw him…. I had no idea that high pitched bark was coming from such a beefy, stocky boy! He definitely wants to grab your attention, and his way is by shouting at ya! His sweet and goofy demeanor outside of the kennel was fun, and he was running and checking out all the smells and new surroundings in the interaction pen. He is a beautiful honey color, and is built like a tank. He wasn’t much for treats or toys, but I am pretty sure that was because he is brand new and was a little unsure of what was going on. He didn’t jump up on me, and seemed like he wanted to play with the other new boy that was in the run next door. Over all he is really dreamy strong looking boy with his smoky eyes and honey coloring, and I think if I would have had more time with him, he would have given in and played more with me, because at the end of our very short session, he started engaging playfully with me. Upon returning him to his kennel, he seemed to not want to go back in and started talking loudly again, so I hung out with him for a minutes in his kennel until he calmed down, and I promised a bit more time if he isn’t reclaimed or adopted the next time I am there!
