49468 – Catalina
Why choose me?
Update 6/11: Thanks to donations to the Spay/Neuter Fund, Catalina has been spayed and brought up-to-date on her basic vaccinations!
Catalina is a sweet girl. The officer who found her said that she was greeting everyone in the impound room and rolling over for belly rubs. By the time I took her out for pictures, though, she was worried about all the loud barking surrounding her kennel, so she wasn’t too sure about walking with me to an interaction pen. With some coaxing, we made it to the pen, and she was fine being petted while I had her on the leash. When I let her off, however, Catalina decided this new environment was just too much for her and spent her time running. It might be a good idea to leave a leash on her while she gets used to things. She’s a shy, sweet dog who wants to be loved but needs some time to adjust and feel safe.
