49260 – Glory
Why choose me?
Update 5/16: Thanks to donations to the Spay/Neuter Fund, Glory has been spayed and brought up-to-date on her basic vaccinations!
Update 5/9: We’ve learned that Glory is a master in climbing a chain-link fence, so it would be best if she lived inside or had a fence that she couldn’t climb. She takes care of her business as soon as she enters the interaction pen, so I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s already house trained. Being a house dog would probably suit Glory to a T because she loves being with people!
My day had gotten off to a good start, and it ended gloriously–with Glory! She’s a dream! Glory had just arrived at the pound but was thrilled to join me in an interaction pen. She was up for whatever I wanted to do whether it was having her picture taken, showing me how well she could sit, playing fetch, or just sitting beside me. I really enjoyed being with Glory. She also cracked me up. She loves squeaky toys. We’d played fetch with some different toys, and then she discovered that one of them squeaked. While she’d returned the other toys, she really didn’t want to give up the squeaky one and did her best to avoid me. I took out another squeaker, and when she squeaked her toy, I did the same. We had a little contest going until we both decided that was enough and needed a break in the shade. Glory is a great dog who’ll share good times with whoever adopts her!
