49178 – Brina
Why choose me?
Update 6/20: Thanks to donations to the Spay/Neuter Fund, Brina has been spayed and brought up-to-date on her basic vaccinations!
Update 5/29: Brina is such a playful girl! She’s bouncy when she comes out of her kennel, but she’s still a pup and has a lot of energy to get out after being in a kennel 24-7. The best way to keep her from jumping up is to have her sit (she sits quickly for treats) or get her engaged in a game of fetch. She’s much better about bringing toys back. She also now likes playing with dogs at the fence and today had a good time racing with Miley. Brina is a sweet dog; she just needs some guidance in channeling her energy. She’d be a fun dog for someone who shares her passion for being outdoors!
Brina is a pretty girl with a brindle coat that shines in the sun. She was happy to meet me and greeted me with a hug. It’s obvious that Brina loves being with people and enjoyed pets and praise. She seemed a little worried about other dogs (Update 5/2: Brina feels much better about other dogs and had fun with Cherry at the fence today!), but when I could get her mind off them, we had fun playing with toys. She was good about chasing them, but when she brought them back, she’d run right by me wanting me to chase her. Sometimes she’d stop but want to play tug-of-war. That was okay because I’d throw another toy, and she was off. Grab a few stuffed toys from the toy bin and come play with Brina!
