Update 2/26/18– Thanks to the Athenspets Spay/Neuter Fund, Ronald is now neutered and ready to go home with you as soon as the adoption is finalized!

Ronald is a handsome boy who ended up at a local McDonald’s restaurant recently. We think it’s possible that he was dumped off by someone, although we hate to imagine anyone doing that to such a sweet guy. The person who brought him to us said that he was in the McDonald’s parking lot and kept trying to jump into people’s cars to go home with them. We have to admire this boy’s gumption, but we hate that he found himself stuck in the parking lot with no where to go. We’re hoping that someone will come take this sweetie home and that his next car trip will be the one he was hoping for. In the meantime, he’s enjoying being at the shelter and getting food and good care. He has some very minor hair loss around his toes and and a few small scabs on his head and neck that are almost certainly from fleas. So we’ve already started on a good flea preventative to clear that up. Otherwise, he seems happy and healthy. He’s been very calm at the shelter so far, and he loves to have his head and chin scratched. If you’re looking for an easy going young guy to join your family, you couldn’t do much better than Ronald!
