48612 – Delilah
Why choose me?
Update 2/17: Thanks to donations to the Spay/Neuter Fund, Delilah is now spayed and up-to-date on her basic vaccinations!
This pretty girl just moved up to the front of the shelter today. The note on her kennel says to go slowly with her, but she was very easy going when I met with her today. She was very friendly and curious. She loves to “make biscuits” with her feet, and she does it in a way that I’ve never seen in another cat. She’s almost like a high-stepping show horse. She picks her feet up very high and likes to hold one paw tucked up for a bit while she checks things out (a lot like a pointer), and then she’ll kick out one of her legs towards you, almost like she’s trying to give you a high five. You can see what I mean in her photos, and if you stop by and meet her in person, you’ll certainly be charmed by this unique habit of hers in addition to her good looks! She’s an absolutely beautiful girl, so we imagine she won’t be here at the shelter too long. Why don’t you come meet her?
