48245 – Clyde
Why choose me?
Update 11/21: Clyde was adopted but returned today. His adopters said he was a really sweet boy, but when he was left alone during the night he tore a hole in the sofa. I don’t know if they tried crating him, but maybe that could be a future option. I do know that Clyde got right back in step at the pound and had a great time running and playing with toys. He’s still as happy and sweet as ever. Clyde is a great dog and hopefully he can find a home where he’ll get lots of exercise (which would tire him out and help with his indoor behavior) and help him learn what’s appropriate to chew and what’s not. He’s already neutered and up-to-date on his vaccinations. If you lead an active lifestyle and need a buddy to join you, Clyde might be the dog you’re looking for!
Clyde is a friendly dog that will greet you at the door. He is strong and pulls a little bit on the leash, so you can ask for assistance to take him out. A guy on the move, Clyde is so happy to be out after just arriving to the pound! Even though he was very eager to play with the dogs near our interaction pen and run around, he would loop back to me and climb onto the picnic table for hugs. He loves hugs and is very sweet. Clyde is very gentle taking treats, and at least once he showed me he can sit for one. Come meet him. He’s a good dog looking for a new home, and he may be the next addition to your family!
