47212, 47213 – Molly & Polly
Why choose me?
These beautiful brown tabby sisters were surrendered at the shelter when their previous owner could no longer care for them. Although Molly especially is a little overweight, both girls have sleek beautiful coats and seem quite healthy. Molly is by far the most outgoing. She’s the first to greet you at their kennel door, and she obviously wants the opportunity to spend time with her visitors in the interaction room where she can sit in your lap, rub up against you, and generally explore.
Polly is more reserved and usually takes a few moments to come up to greet new folks, but she’s still very sweet and is also clearly curious about where they are and what’s going on. It’s got to be pretty startling to go from living in one home for as long as you can remember and then ending up in the shelter environment, which can be pretty intimidating. But both girls seem to generally be quite relaxed and just taking everything in stride.
It would be great if these sisters could be adopted together, but it’s certainly not required. The most important thing is for them to find some sort of furever home of their own before our shelter gets even more full with the onset of kitten season.
Could you give one or both of them a place in your home?
